Police Reports/Arrest Affidavits

A police report or arrest affidavit is an account of events recorded by law enforcement agencies. They contain detailed information of the event such as date, time, the names of victims, suspects and/or witnesses involved.

They are usually the most trustworthy recollection of events to be used for official purposes.

Certified Court Dispositions

Court dispositions are an official summary of the outcome of the case. It tells someone plain and simple what you were convicted of. Certified means that a court official has verified that the document is a true copy of its original.

Probation Records

Probation is an alternative to serving time in jail. Keeping or obtaining evidence that you complied with your probation is probably as important as compliance itself, as a violation of probation can carry harsh consequences such as paying penalties, an arrest warrant or even serving time.
